How to Request a Refund

Let us know what didn't meet your expectations
We'll review your request within 2 business days
If we can't resolve the issue, we'll process a full refund
Download & Ownership
Once you download your song, you are taking ownership of the final product. Downloaded songs are not eligible for refunds, as the digital content has been delivered and accepted.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
